STRATEGIC QUESTION

What’s next?

Phil is the pastor of a passionate community of Jesus followers.  He has a team of leaders he wants to empower to lead missional communities, ministry teams and service to care for church members. Phil is frustrated with managing the day-to-day activities of ministry and unable to focus on long-term activities that will lead to real transformation.

Phil has come to the realization that what has gotten the ministry to this point will not work moving forward. People have found Jesus, discovered ways to exercise their spiritual gifts in meaningful ways, and engaged in their discipleship journey. The problem is that Phil has done all he can on his own and the solution is not coming to the surface. Issues seem to cycle around, over and over again, and he keeps doing the same thing expecting different results.

What Phil needs is a person that he can process his circumstances with and discern the best path forward. He does not need a consultant, mentor, or counselor. Phil needs a person that will listen intently, ask clarifying questions, and help him discern the best path forward. He needs a coach.
