• Eric has 30 years in pastoral ministry with a background in psychology.
• He has been coaching pastors, church planters and businessmen and women since 2001
• Eric has coached leaders to develop vision, values, strategies, structures and launch leaders into various ministry roles

Eric and his wife Kathie are life-long Californians recently transplanted to Montana. Free time is spent looking for the beach and observing white stuff that falls from the sky. They have three thriving, grown children.
