Dr. Gary Reinecke is a CoachNet® Partner and a member of the ChurchSmart® certified Natural Church Development® Trainer Team and available to deliver custom NCD® Coach Training. He brings a passion for church multiplication, as well as amazing personal success in this important area of ministry.
Services:
- Coach Training
- InFocus will provide customized training with the intent of strengthening a coaching culture. Leaders will be trained how to coach emerging and existing leaders to lead small groups, ministry teams and implement disciple-making strategies.
- NCD® Training and Coaching
- InFocus will take you and your church through the five-step Natural Church Development® process with the goal of discovering God’s fingerprints on your church and training your Church Health Team to implement future cycles.
- Coaching for church planters
- InFocus will guide you and your core team as you identify and take the essential steps to establish a healthy, multiplying congregation. You can expect workshops, coaching, training, resourcing and excellent follow-up.
- Personal Leadership/Life Purpose Coaching
- InFocus will provide you with an objective coaching relationship to help you identify God’s unique plan for your life and ministry. You will be encouraged to consider powerful questions and identify valuable resources to bring greater vocational effectiveness, a balanced family life, and help create a more intimate relationship with the Lord.
