Teams will be challenged to look at practical changes that can be made with measurable results. Webinars and conference calls are also available upon request.
- Strategic Planning and Coaching
- We are committed to serving the marketplace and non-profit communities for Christ, through a biblical Strategic Planning model. Using the scriptures as our framework fosters the God-ordained values, mission, and vision of your organization. In addition, the process heightens awareness of obstacles, critical goals and concrete action steps. Bottom line, this service provides quarterly strategic planning retreats, regular coach appointments and support for creating an intercessory prayer team for your organization. - InFocuswill assist you in utilizing the Organic Quality Management® survey in your non-profit organization to measure the health and quality of your organization and facilitate development in a positive manner. We will provide you with an objective coaching relationship to keep you on track with your organizational goals based on your assessment. Monthly coaching appointments will help you and your team improve the organization's health and development.

- InFocus will provide you with an objective coaching relationship to help establish community-based businesses to impact local neighborhoods. Businesses will employ local residents, enhance the lives of the people living there and respect the environment. Ultimately, the purpose of these businesses is to fuel mission.
