- Coach Training and Certification in Partnership with CoachNet®
- InFocus will provide customized training with the intent of strengthening a coaching culture to equip leaders to coach church planters, implement systems to enhance church health using Natural Church Development®, and deliver disciple-making strategies.
- Custom NCD® Coach Training in partnership with ChurchSmart®
- InFocus will provide training for your national and regional leadership team(s) to equip leaders in the NCD® process resulting in a self-sustaining system supported by online resources and qualified NCD® coaches.
- Training for church multiplication coaches
- InFocus will provide training for your national and regional leadership team(s) to equip leaders in the coaching process as it applies to a comprehensive church multiplication strategy.
- Training and Coaching for regional and national strategies
- InFocus will provide training on the essential elements necessary for creating a powerful church multiplication movement. In addition, you will co-create national, regional, and local strategies which produce concrete results. Prayer is an imperative; we also will support you in creating your own intercessory prayer team for this very important work.
- Executive Leadership Coaching
- InFocus will provide you with an objective coaching relationship to help you identify God’s unique plan for your life and ministry. You will be encouraged to consider powerful questions and identify valuable resources to bring greater vocational effectiveness, a balanced family life, and help create a more intimate relationship with the Lord.
