Five years ago our family walked into Grace Chapel, totally unaware that the pump had been primed, and that the Lord had us there for much more than just our family’s spiritual nurturing. The church had plateaued, and although Grace Chapel had planted many churches, things were not going as well as the leadership had hoped. Pastor Richard and Becky Casteel had been to many training events including Natural Church De-velopment, and had learned about coaching, but were at a loss as to how to implement all these great ideas.
