Dr. Gary Reinecke has committed his life to resourcing, coaching, and training leaders since 1988.  Primarily, the last years have been devoted to coaching as a tool for cultivating God-given potential of individuals and churches across North America as well as equipping coaches for church health and multiplication.  Through his work, countless people have been trained and mobilized to come alongside pastors and church planters to listen, support, and engage in personal and ministry development.

Prior to Gary’s position as Executive Director of In Focus, Inc, he served with Strategic Ministries, Inc, and on staff with Church Resource Ministries where he honed his skills at an inner city church.  There he worked to establish a new congregation within the existing church, bringing the average age of attending members from 65 to 45 years.

Sharpening the saw has always been a personal imperative.  In 1992, Gary received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Seminary.  He continues to sharpen skill sets at national conferences.  In addition, it is very important to Gary to give back to the academic community by teaching at local seminaries.

Dr. Reinecke has co-authored books on coaching and is a regular contributor to resources on the subject.  He is renowned as a trainer and a coach in the Christian world; and is highly respected in the business community as well.

Gary resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Gina, their son Joel, daughter Zoe and the family dog, Aggie.  Reading, the arts, and fitness are family imperatives.  Soccer is a must - coaching, playing, and watching the WORLD CUP is non-negotiable.
